A Welcome from Our Cofounders
Dear Future Team Member,
Thank you for considering a career with aMAYZing Kids. We understand that choosing where to work is an important decision—especially when your work can make such a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
We founded aMAYZing Kids with a shared vision: to create a pediatric therapy clinic where children receive exceptional, compassionate care and where families feel welcomed, understood, and supported.
Our mission is deeply inspired by Hailey Mayz Vassilaros, a joyful little girl we had the privilege of treating early in our careers. After Hailey passed away at only three years old, we remained close with her family and chose to honor her through the name and mission of aMAYZing Kids. Her spirit continues to remind us that therapy should be meaningful, encouraging, and filled with joy.
That mission extends beyond the walls of our clinics. Through community outreach and the Hailey Mayz Foundation, established in Hailey’s memory, we help connect children and families with therapy assistance, education, caregiver support, inclusive experiences, and other essential resources. Serving our community and ensuring families do not have to navigate their journeys alone are important parts of the aMAYZing Kids family.
Within our clinics, we provide individualized, evidence-based, and family-centered care. We believe in supporting the whole child, collaborating closely with families, and creating therapy experiences that are engaging, motivating, and fun.
We bring that same care and intention to our workplace. We want aMAYZing Kids to be a place where compassionate professionals feel welcomed, respected, supported, and excited to grow. Our culture is built on collaboration, integrity, creativity, strong relationships, and a shared commitment to helping others.
Whether you are an experienced clinician, beginning your professional journey, or applying for an administrative role, we are looking for people who care deeply about children and families and want to contribute to something larger than themselves.
If that sounds like you, we would be honored to learn more about you and welcome you into the aMAYZing Kids family.
Warmly,

Stephanie Coe, OTR/L & Michelle Dilts, M.Ed
Cofounders, aMAYZing Kids Pediatric Therapy

Meet the Cofounders
aMAYZing Kids Pediatric Therapy was cofounded by Stephanie Coe, OTR/L and Michelle Dilts, M.Ed, two experienced pediatric therapists who are deeply passionate about helping children and families feel supported throughout their therapy journey.
As therapists themselves, Stephanie and Michelle understand both the clinical and personal side of pediatric care. Their leadership is rooted in compassion, collaboration, strong family relationships, and creating an environment where children, families, and team members feel welcomed and valued.
Both cofounders remain actively involved within the practice. Their goal is to create a clinic culture centered on meaningful relationships, quality care, and helping both children and clinicians continue growing with confidence.
Why Therapists Choose aMAYZing Kids
From painting nights and wellness events to anniversary celebrations, holiday gatherings, and community outings, we strive to create a workplace culture that feels supportive, connected, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.
Our team organizes staff appreciation events and gatherings throughout the year that give us opportunities to celebrate one another, build meaningful relationships, and spend time together beyond the workplace. But for us, connection extends far beyond our own team. Community is at the heart of who we are, and giving back is something we are deeply passionate about. We believe the work we do should make a positive impact not only on the children and families we serve, but also on the greater community we are fortunate to call home.
One of our favorite traditions is participating in Shop with a Cop each holiday season, where children from our clinic enjoy a special shopping experience alongside their therapists and local Orange County deputies. Our team has also been selected as a featured nonprofit partner during an Angels game experience, giving us another meaningful opportunity to celebrate and connect with the community that supports our mission.
Our mission and culture are deeply connected to the heart behind why aMAYZing Kids was created in honor of Hailey Mayz Vassilaros. Her legacy continues to inspire the compassion, kindness, generosity, and genuine care we bring to our work every day.
We’re looking for team members who share that same sense of purpose—people who care deeply about others, value being part of a connected team, and want to contribute to something bigger than themselves. At aMAYZing Kids, you’re not simply joining a workplace. You’re becoming part of a community committed to supporting one another, serving families, giving back, and making a meaningful difference together.
