Our Social Skills Groups
Friendship Club
Our Friendship Club groups help children of all ages build social confidence through games, conversation practice, collaborative activities, and peer interaction while supporting skills related to communication, teamwork, emotional regulation, and relationship-building.
Games Club
Games Group helps children aged 4-6 years practice emotional regulation, coping skills, turn-taking, flexible thinking, and navigating wins and losses appropriately during collaborative group activities and play.
Social Skills Groups
Our social skills groups focus on helping children aged 5-12 years strengthen listening skills, conversation skills, friendship development, emotional awareness, and participation in social situations both at school and in everyday life.
Handwriting Heroes
Led by our occupational therapy team, handwriting groups help children aged 5-8 years improve letter formation, spacing, pencil grasp, writing endurance, organization, and overall confidence with handwriting and classroom participation.
Picky Eating & Cooking Groups
Our feeding-based cooking groups help children aged 6 years and up explore new foods, develop confidence in the kitchen, strengthen feeding skills, and create more positive experiences with food in engaging, hands-on group settings.
