If your child has been recommended for therapy or you have concerns about their development, simply contact our office to get started with an evaluation. After contacting our office:
Our billing team will review your insurance benefits or discuss self-pay options.
You will receive access to complete your intake forms electronically through our patient portal.
Once your information and insurance benefits have been verified, we will schedule your child’s initial evaluation appointment.
A referral or prescription from your child’s physician is recommended, though requirements may vary depending on your insurance plan.
