Meet the Cofounders

Stephanie Coe, OTR/L

Stephanie Coe brings decades of pediatric therapy experience to the practice. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Drexel University in 1992 and her bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 1994. Stephanie has advanced training in feeding and swallowing therapy, including VitalStim and the SOS Approach to Feeding. She was also trained as a lactation education consultant.

Stephanie is passionate about helping children and families feel supported throughout their therapy journey. Outside the clinic, Stephanie enjoys traveling, painting, reading, kickboxing, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Michelle Dilts, M.Ed.

Michelle Dilts has a strong background in education, early intervention, and community outreach. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from Villanova University in 1989 and her master’s degree in teaching from Fordham University in 1991. Before transitioning into pediatric therapy services, Michelle spent approximately 15 years teaching in the Long Beach Unified School District.

Michelle specializes in early intervention services through the Regional Center of Orange County and is passionate about helping families access support and resources for their children. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys hiking, concerts, e-biking, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
